Koç Museum is a museum in İstanbul that brightens the history of Turkey related with industry, transportation and communication. It is located in Hasköy near the coast of Haliç. The collections of the museum are exhibited in historical buildings that have great archaeological importance. Even though there exist many historical objects in the museum, the actual things that are being exhibited are the talent and the accomplishment of the humankind.
The collections in the museum keep growing as the years pass. Today, there exist three main sections in the museum which are called as “Tarihi Lengerhane Binası”, “Tarihi Hasköy Tersanesi”, “Açık Hava Sergileme Alanı”. There are also places to eat near the place which as are “Demlik Kafe” located in the gallery of classical automobiles, “Nostaljik Coca-Cola Kamyonu” which is shaped like a truck and located in an open-air place and “Fenerbahçe Büfesi” which is located at the steamship of Fenerbahçe.
